Good morning, undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and staff in the Department of Food Science and Technology
I hope you had a great start to your semester.
On behalf of the department, I would like to invite everyone to attend any or all the seminar sessions this fall, every Thursday, starting September 12, from 12 to 1 in room 277. The reception afterward is in room 275, where you can network with the speakers, students, and faculty.
I also want to recognize and appreciate Dr. Martini's support, including providing funds to bring some speakers, our faculty, and the Phi Tau Sigma society for inviting outstanding speakers, and our staff for helping with the organization and logistics.
The speakers and seminar dates are below so you can mark your calendars. Information of seminars will be updated on the seminar webpage on our webpagehttps://foodscience.unl.edu/seminar-series/.
