Hi all, I just want to thank all of you who showed up for the retreat last Friday. I know you are all busy so I appreciate you taking the time to spend time with us knowing more about the department, brainstorming about how we can improve, and thinking about what your message to our stakeholders is. I had a lot of fun interacting with all of you and I learned a lot of good stuff.

A special thanks to Susie that played a very important role in the organization of the retreat. And of course, thanks to Mo! He was a great moderator for the afternoon session.

We will summarize the activities of the afternoon, and we will share with you, hopefully in the September Faculty meeting and/or in our next newsletter so that everybody can see the results.

I hope you had fun too!
