We have made a few changes to the Hy-Vee purchasing card process:
1. To check out a card, please see Susie in Room 232
2. See attached form - it has been updated to clearly show all information that will be needed to process your purchase (all fields must be filled out)

Hi Sarah,
Would you all prefer that we use the Hy-Vee Purchasing Card rather than using individual P-Cards when purchasing materials for courses, or is this card for those who do not have a purchasing card?

Hey Jennifer,
Hy-Vee cards are more for food you may need to purchase or if you are having a lunch you can order from their catering dept. P-cards can still be used for course materials.
